Our Palace Copper vintage-inspired audio guestbook phone lets you preserve the voices of your nearest and dearest, transforming your special occasion into a timeless treasure. We provide seamless drop-off and setup of our audio guestbook phone in Sioux Falls and the surrounding area (up to 25 miles). Delivery beyond this range is available for an additional charge of $1 per mile, or you may opt for pick-up. Our service includes clear occasion appropriate signage to guide your guests, unlimited use of the phone throughout the evening (overnight if desired), and a complimentary custom wooden engraved USB drive with your recorded messages. Upgraded keepsake options are available for purchase online. We are proudly family-owned and operated, we’re committed to making your special moments unforgettable!
Cancellation Policy
Upon confirmation of your reservation request, you will receive an email outlining the full details and terms and conditions. Please note that your $100 deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your reservation before agreeing to the terms. Once the terms are agreed to and signed, the $100 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including event cancellation or change of plans. You may reschedule your event without losing your $100 deposit, provided Sound Signatures has available equipment on the new requested date. Rescheduling is subject to Sound Signature's approval and must be arranged no later than 60 days before the Event Date. No refunds will be issued if you cancel after full payment has been made, including any rescheduled dates.
